Whether you have a steady hair growth rate or your hair barely grow, there are certain factors behind it. Some of us are very lucky to have long hair, thick hair naturally without any pain taking, courtesy their genes. But for the rest of us, patience, consistency and little hard work can reap us fruitful results. Hair fall, baldness, dandruff, itching and other hair problems are also the main concerns these days for most of us.
This is a home made hair pack that will rescue your hair and make them long, thick and beautiful. Besides that it will also solve all of the hair problems as it contains different oils and seed that combats different problems of the hair at once. Most importantly, it is natural and effective remedy from my grandma that does not have any harmful effect on your hair.
Lets discuss little about the ingredients that we are using.
1. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil make your hair grow longer and thicker. The vitamins and essential fatty acids found in coconut oil nourish the scalp and makes hair beautiful.
2. Castor Oil
Castor oil is rich in ricinoleic acid, which is a type of fatty acid found to fight inflammation. Castor oil is known to enhance the health of the hair follicles and promotes hair growth as well as it protects against hair loss.
3. Olive Oil
Olive oil is used for hair growth it can help you get long and thicker hair faster. Moreover, it repaires the damaged hair, prevent dandruff, fungus, and other scalp issues that lead to dry, flaky skin.
4. Almond Oil
Almond oil is rich in healthy ingredients for hair like Omega-3 fatty acids, phospholipids, vitamin E, and magnesium. It nourishes and strengthens your hair, it is best for treating hair loss and damaged hair.
5. Black Seed oil
Black seed oil may help in regrowing certain thinning areas on your scalp. Not only will this oil regrow hair, but it will also prevent more hair loss.
6. Sesame Seed Oil
Sesame oil is used for hair growth. It is rich in Vitamin E, B complex, and minerals such as magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and protein that strengthens the hair from the roots to tips and nourishes hair.
7. Mustard Oil
Mustard oil stimulates hair growth. It contains protein, which is a major component of hair, and omega-3 fatty acids. Both of these encourage hair growth. Its antibacterial and anti fungal properties prevent hair loss and ensure healthy hair growth.
1. Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek seeds contains nicotinic acid, proteins and Lecithin that stimulate hair growth and gives shine to your hair.
2. Black/ Nigella Seeds
Black seed contains anti inflammatory, anti bacterial properties that maintains overall hair and scalp health.
How to Make It
Take half a cup of fenugreek seeds and half a cup of black seeds. Grind both the seeds separately in a grinder. We grind them separately because both these seeds are of different size and hardness.
Take a glass bottle or a jar in which you want to store this oil pack and add the seeds to it after grinding them. Measure about 100 ml of each oil and add to the bottle. Mix the seeds and the oils thoroughly. Keep this bottle in sunlight for about 8 hours before using it. This will help the oil to be infused with the goodness of the seeds therefore everything will sync in properly.
How to Use
Warm up this oil pack using a double boiler method. Section your hair by parting them and apply this oil pack to your roots with your finger tips. Keep on parting your hair and applying it to your entire scalp. Apply it on your hair lengths and tips as well. Give your scalp a good massage for 10 minutes. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it for at least 2 hours and then wash it wash it. Your can also leave it overnight, but remember to cover your pillows with a towel. Wash it off with a mild shampoo and lukewarm water. Follow this routine twice a week for at least on month.
They key is to keep on doing this routine for at least a month twice a week. Consequently you will be delighted to see your hair will start to grow not only long, thick and beautiful but also it will be healthy shiny and nourished from root to tips. Hang in there folks!
